After you speak with customer service:
A representative will be in touch to provide in-service training and to facilitate the below process
Order supplies and test request forms online
Review sampling techniques
Send in your sample using the pre-paid FedEx box
Register for the MicroGenDX Portal to retrieve lab reports, search for old reports, and re-order kits
Within 24-48 hours of sample receipt you will receive the qPCR report
Within 3.5 days of sample receipt you will receive the qPCR + NGS report
Navigating the lab portal
How your rep can assist
Our Sales Representatives work closely with your medical staff to ensure transition to the MicroGenDX platform and services is seamless. They will:
Create MicroGenDX online Portal account, so your staff can
- easily order tests and retrieve reports
- review sample pick-up instructions
Educate your staff to ensure your team can
- communicate the value of the test to your patients and respond to inquiries regarding insurance
- access test reports via multiple retrieval methods
- input reports into your EMR system appropriately
- be well versed in sampling techniques
Provide other customer service duties, if necessary, such as
- providing sample drop-off assistance
- answering questions you may have regarding lab reports
- facilitating ID consultations, patient communications, or other topics that arise about MicroGenDX services
